Looks like an eye booger... everyone gets them. Just wipe it off. If it’s continuous and stinks could be an eye infection. But eye boogers are very normal.

My daughter has the same thing .. her dr said it’s because air went inside her eye .. especially with this weather it causes the eye to get like that .. if you breastfeed 🤱 put some milk in the eye ... or get some eye wash ..
