Gosh 😩 if you can afford it you should still get a lawyer in case they try to pull some shit. I'm so sorry mama. I hope your husband gets well and really takes control of his life for his children!!

Yes @kambam they said just having paraphernalia in house is enough to remove kids even if other parent is healthy and kids are . it's sad they have this power
How can cps take your children for that? I'd get a lawyer because your children are well taken care of. And I doubt they encounter any of his bad behavior!
Sad thing he was doing well being sober and had one slip due to not working and financial stress ....well cps is making me leave him or they will take kids I'm so broken
