So Iv been having period pains lately and put it down to braxton hicks, Iv been sick all morning and had period type cramps again but a little stronger than the other ones Iv been experiencing. Advice?

So ive been having stomach. Cramps that come and go like im on my period i have not been bleeding or having any fever just the cramps. Is this normal? Its my first pregnancy and im 4weeks and 2 days
