Omg, I feel you. My 3 hr old autistic. .. And my 5 yr old moderate autistic with ODD and ADHD.. They called me the other day saying my 5 yr old is to hyper. Umm.. I tolled you He's on a diffrent medication that will take atlest a month to regulate. She's like you need to have it changed he's out of control. Yea, about that. Let me think why he's acting like that.

The other medication made him so much worse that now they keep complaining to me. Theirs only so much I can do right now. He only gets it once a day in the morning as doc orders. He's not getting it any more than that.

@suzzie. Brandon's not on any medications and they're like he's hyper today or he got upset very quickly. Is he acting differently at home, like no he's the same

They was also he just got on medication Nov 17th but it got changed first thur of Dec. Not sure date n he's been on that one since. Its more his additude n non stop jumping I deal with

@suzzie. You'd think they'd understand changes or the behaviors of kids esp ones with autism, but no not for me. Gets frustrating

@charmed040309. Yep, and I take public transportation and only gets worse. The comments from people. Thes couple was talking about my autistic son. He was staring at them telling them to shut up. Typically id correct him but they kept going staring at him saying stuf. I asked them to stop and not stare at them... I was heated. I said somthing how does it feel to make fun of an special needs child. Their was more don't remember I go off on people alot... One the bus drivers tolled me to beat my child butt cuz his behavior. I said yea bear a special needs child good idea mind your own.

@charmed040309 Exactly, that's not even my style but hearing the samething over n over again it gets to you.... I hope the school does some searching online to be able to handle your son? Does yours get violet mine does n throws toys. If so how do you approach it to calm him down. My 3 yr old playpen is his happy calm down spot nobody else goes in but Jayden but their on like the same level kind.

He lets him in. He ripped a hole for him to climb in and out to pkay with him in their. Lol

@suzzie. No mines not violent with toys, but there are times he hits himself. We do our best to calm him down when he starts hitting himself, which has died down. I would try and tell him not to throw his toys. Do you guys use cards with emotions. We used to till Brandon got frustrated. See if he can express himself without throwing toys
