Because I’m in the hospital with my 6 week old and being told she has the flu smfh

It's an inactive vaccine, so if you're asking if that's what got her sick the answer is no. And the incubation period is a few days so she actually probably got it before you even got the shot.

My doctor also recommended me getting the flu shot while pregnant ? I'm not sure if I want to or if i should ? It's all scary to me !! What do you ladies think ? Did you get the flu shot while pregnant ? Are there any risks? Or should I wait ? I'm so scared of taking anything while pregnant , much less getting this shot.. He said it isn't mandatory , just recommended.
