So ladies question i have been having braxton hicks for an hour and some change now ....i counted 5 within the hour now i just had one starting the new hour waiting on the next ...it don't mean much does it???

So now my contractions are strong and like in my pelvic tummy and lower back but now they are 3 to 5 mins apart but dont lasts as long as it did yesterday ugh i don't get this i never went through this with my daughter i might just call my doctors office to see if i should just head up to hosp to check cause i should be 5 xm by now my braxton hicks or contractions or whatever is still going

Keep doing light exercises if your up for sex is much quicker lol

Yes any type of exercise is okay as long as you’re not working yourself too much while trying to get contraction going prenatal balls are amazing!
@mariacardnz123 not painful but very very tight i have to keep still till its over and i deff will ...hows a prenatal ball ?? Can i do that?
I would go in and have them check your cervix are contraction painful? And every 5-10 mins apart you might be going into active labor soon try doing a little bit of exercise some sqwats or just going up and down some stairs see if that helps contraction become more intense and more close together ! They last 3 to 5 mins ...nd id say they are 5 to 10 min apart
I don’t think those are Braxton Hicks contractions how long do they last for? Normal contraction last between 30-1 min with stomach fighting and can happen every 5-10 mins 10-15 mins or 15-20 mins in an hour
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Failed my glucose test by 30 points now I have to do a 3 hour appointment.
3 hour glucose test sux. I feel so miserable & I still have 2 more hours & 2 more blood draws to go... 😥💉

But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less
Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though
What should i do i am very confused
