First try to relax. The best thing you can do right now is stay stress free. Monitor how you’re feeling and remember to do kick counts. I’m not sure if you’re able to feel your LO yet, if not, you can always go in. No one is going to stop you from getting checked. I fell at target when I was pregnant and went to emergency just in case. Everything was fine. You will be ok and so will your LO.
