Any on take any supplements to increase milk supply? I've seen vitamins and 'lactation' teas, but not sure if its worth spending money on.

My son had a lot of weight loss so I Had to pump and supplement with it. I took fenugreek pills (which I now don't recommend) and the nettle and I seemed to get a little extra from the pump. Along with brewers yeast you might get some extra! But yeah if you can nurse more, your baby will signal to make more.

@kambam baby girl has hit a growth spurt or something. And I am sure my body will catch up but can't help but be worried ya know? First time mom jitters and all. I am primarily pumping, because the right one is lazy and the flow from the left is a bit too much for her, she gets choked up almost every time I nurse her on that side. Even with pumping I nurse her at least once a day, if not more. Trying to pump every 2hrs today to see if that will help increase...knowing supply and demand and all that!

Usually not. Something pretty cheap you can add to your food/drink is brewers yeast for a boost. I took some herbs early on and I really condone stinging nettle tincture 3x daily. But nursing baby is best and you won't need anything besides proper nutrition.
