So....got my first stretch mark yesterday and cried like a baby. I’ve been using oil and coco butter, but apparently not enough or not as often. Are stretch marks normal? And if not-how do I stop from getting more. I don’t really work out anymore and sit at a desk all day long 😓😭
It has a lot to do with your genetics. Some people are more susceptible to them. Hydration is the next big thing. Lots of water and oils/lotion.
It just depends on the elasticity in your skin.
i use hemps lotion and bio oil and i’ve never had stretch marks
Thank you ☺️I’ll just keep doing what I’ve been doing and the rest I can’t control.
@kirarocky55 I had stretch marks during and after pregnancy but used cocoa butter and now a year later, they're all gone.
Sometimes it doesn't matter how much cream or lotion you use, stretch marks are inevitable.
It’s completely normal! Your stomach and skin are legit being stretched thin lol and don’t itch them it’ll just make it worse rub lotion all day if you can
They’re normal in pregnancy as the belly stretches out, you can use oils to relieve the itching but once they come out they will stay there, my old ones stretched out longer with this pregnancy and i don’t notice until i had my daughter . Think of it as s reminder of this beautiful experience you’re going through.
Don’t scratch. I’ve heard if your itchy rub lotion or oil on your belly, don’t scratch.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Yes just dont scratch.....
