Anyone know what this could be from? I'm assuming it's a blood clot but I don't know what from. It's not actually bleeding either when I put a tissue to it. I thought it was food stuck between his teeth until looking closer. He brushes his teeth twice a day and I make sure I brush them for him first so that he actually gets his teeth brushed then he "brushes" them.

@allyk.xmommy he did fall yesterday but I didn't think he hit his mouth too. He may have though because he scrapped up his chin.
