Do any mommy's know what this might be took little man's jammies off this morning (I think they are getting a little small on him) and he had this rash on his butt and above his diaper on his back put lotion on it and it looks better in the pictures now then this morning doesn't seem to bother him either put rash cream on it before he went to bed also

Hives maybe? Allergic reaction to the diaper? Heat rash? Irritation from his diaper/clothes? Eczema? It could be a lot...

I'd put some Neosporan on it to keep from getting worse and some benadryl cream.

@nomli I don't think it's an allergic reaction we haven't gave him anything new and he has been wearing the same kind of diapers since he was a few months old....he has very sensitive skin so it may have been his jammies rubbing him but wasn't sure
