I've had really bad depression my whole life but now it feels like I can't turn it off and I'm always depressed and don't know what to do.

I would bring that up to your dr. Your hormones are going crazy with the pregnancy - which I'm sure isn't helping
After Saturday's post i discovered that apparently depression is a pregnancy symptom for me!
