I was like that with my son almost the entire last 10 weeks or so of pregnancy. Mine wasn’t due to blood pressure. My pregnancy just ran me extremely hot, and I would get like this occasionally. You can call and talk to your doctor see what he thinks if he wants you to come it to get some testing or something.
