Any suggestions how to get a 18 month old to sleep through the night? My son will go to bed 8:30-9 and wake up 2 hrs later and stay up till 5-6am.

It's hard believe me. With being pregnant it's 100x worse lol. He won't nap either. Some days he will sleep but 9/10 He won't. I avoid all sweets with him already
