I’m 19 weeks pregnant and I’m struggling to walk, I get tired fast when I have to walk and my legs start to hurt along with my back ... is this normal?
I walk almost 4 miles a day bc I don’t have a car and I’m almost 19 weeks the only thing that hurts me when I sit down is my lower back ugh

Since my baby is so low and I’m having trouble walking and sitting down what can the doctors do?? They can feel his head already. I am not having a vaginal birth I’m having a c-section.
That’s very bad though. If your tired from walking and your only this far along Labor is going to be a nightmare for you. Not saying your lazy but you need to walk a lot more and build you stamina. Spinach and orange juice will help boost up your energy for walking. Don’t give up though walking is important to help make Labor easier. I do 6 miles a day hoping it will induce my labor but no luck. It’s still important to walk and keep up your energy
