So how much is good to pay a babysitter for like 2-3 hrs? Even though she says don't worry about it since we're family, I still wanna pay something but also not be too cheap, but enough to say I appreciate it for doing it?

For family I say about $10 an hour..

10 an hour is fair. The going rate for a nanny is 15 an hour

@peoplecallmesatan @badadvicemom sounds good since my work is mostly on call appts, and it's near her location, plus she's usually the only one available mostly, so I rather just stick with one person. And pay them 😊
