So before I was pregnant I had a sleep apnea test and wasn’t really told my results. Just that I didn’t have it. Now since I have gained some weight I believe I either do have it or the symptoms are just showing up more now. I wake either gasping for breath, make weird noises when I sleep. Wake up a lot too pee. (I know pregnancy makes u pee a lot during the night) I take naps at work. And have no problem either falling asleep at work or at bedtime. Am I the only one or does anyone else have sleep apnea or have the symptoms for it?
