Lanolin from medela the best. And perfectly safe for the baby to ingest when nursing.

Coconut oil works too! You could do nipple cream and coconut oil.

Lansinoh worked best for me. Rubbing milk on nipples and don't scrub milk off boobs when showering it irritates it more. But I would try several different ones until u find the right lanolin for you different companies sell different things.

Try different nipple creams. Different creams work for different women. Apply it several times a day. Also, just expressing out a little amount and letting it dry on the nipple helps as well.
