Almost 32 weeks pregnant nauseous is servere and bad cramping.. any suggestions.. any ideas why ..

Unfortunately nausea does come back in the 3rd trimester for some reason however the cramps im not sure about.

For the cramps try a warm bath or heating pad or try eating ice
