I had my son at 38 weeks!

36 weeks !

I had my son at 41 weeks and 1 day

40w3d. I got induced because she wasn’t coming on her own. My cervix was way high and it took 3 doses of a pill to help soften and pitocin to completely dilate me.

My first came at 37 weeks my water broke

@shanicenettles93, I had sex like two days before which made me bleed and I started having regular contractions I didn’t even feel. I spent the day in the hospital. Then got discharge that night since they stopped. And the next day I walked around shopping for like four hours. And then two days after my first incident my water broke

@shanicenettles93, that’s how my OB was. My due date fell on a Sunday unfortunately and my OB wasn’t anywhere close. I saw him on Monday and got scheduled to be induced on Tuesday and had her on Wednesday. I tried everything to dilate and get her here on her own but all the walking, the sex, the spicy food, nipple stimulation, everything. Like they say, baby will come when she wants to come. It’s proven that babies shouldn’t stay in longer than 42 weeks, they shouldn’t really stay in till 42 weeks because it can stunt their development or something along those lines. I would say just walk and have sex if you can.
