I did with my daughter especially since I love pineapple, I ate a whole one to MYSELF, and yes my mouth hurt by the end of it, but it was so good lol, didn't work though...i tried it all, walking, hot foods, etc.... I was 4 days late, and they still had to take her by C-section!!!!!!!!
It doesn't work. The enzyme in pineapples that can induce labor isn't found in the juice only the fresh fruit and you would have to eat about 9 whole pineapples in one sitting to have any effect.

It worked for my sister girl lol ate a whole can and was in labor soooo fast ! Guess different for everyone @sammeeandbaby,

Hell na it didn’t work for me i was like fuck this my mouth was burning lol eat a lot lol y had sex around 37 weeks & walked a lot it helped
