Soo question, I’ve had mild contractions on and off today none really intense but I was laying down and when I got up to pee I noticed my shorts were wet, there wasn’t any discharge, and there wasn’t any spot on the bed or anything so I changed my pants and went pee and laid back down and now these pants are wet. Could it just be a watery discharge? Or what?

If you still notice it within an hour I’d get it checked out.. If you have a pad or pantyliner it will help keep track.

Go completely empty your bladder. Then lay down and cough if something comes out it was probably your water if nothing comes out then it's not your water.
