I have mild cramps every now and then, and every time they make me so nervous.. I know the dr said they are normal.. but does anybody else cramp often? Need sum peace of mind lol

I cramped a lot in my first trimester. It's perfectly normal, especially if this is your first. It could just be your body/uterus stretching to make room for your baby. 😊
