Cramps are normal during pregnancy to a certain extent but I recommend just calling bc we’re not drs everyone’s cramping is different from others good luck mama I’m sure everything will be fine with your baby 💗

What do your cramps feel like, how strong are they, where are they located, how long has it been going on, and are you bleeding?

If your not bleeding a lot u should be ok

Lower back pain is common in pregnancy as well btw.

Totally normal. I had horrible cramps with both mine. Drink water a lay down. But I do agree if it's scaring you always call. Can't hurt.

@kathleen_tolliver2014 you're stretching, your body is going through allot of changes right now, I personally think you're fine, but if you're still worried go ahead and call to be safe.
