I know it’s only been 4 weeks but I’m already on my period. When Can I start to use tampons again?

Not until your doctor gives you the ok at your 6 week postpartum appointment

For sure wait until the six week appointment, that was when I got the okay to use them again. It was a little uncomfortable to get use to it all over again but I was tired of feeling like I was wearing a diaper 😂
