5 days old is perfectly normal to poo all the time. Usually you change a diaper and then there's more poo. Don't worry unless it's an odd color or really hard

She will need her milk thicken. But is too young for cereal

@kendallmarieee____, make sure you put diaper rash meds on there when u change her cause the wipes made my baby so raw she cried bloody murder

@lydia09876, yeah and her appointment isn’t until tomorrow .. she’s eating more though maybe that’s why .... idk 😩

Mine did that too idk if it’s normal and she is 2 months now and is doing it agin it’s like water though
