Who owns a fetal doppler? Debating on wether I should get one or not🤔🤔🤔

Btw my baby is completely healthy with me using it 2-3 times a week

I used it like every three days from 9-18 weeks sometimes more if I had bad anxiety. It helped a lot to calm me I still use it occasionally if she doesn’t move a lot that day. Just make sure you don’t rely on it. If u think something is wrong see a doctor don’t think everything is okay because you can hear a heartbeat. And if u think u will freak out if u can’t find it don’t get it cause it adds more anxiety sometimes you just need to pee or switch positions to find it.

@maya......, I know the general consensus is to not use it on a daily basis. I kno I used it maybe 3 times a mnth and that was me fighting the urge. I would either be in the state of “i need to kno” or “i can wait a bit longer”. Baby boy didnt have any issues. You will need will power lol b/c its not necessary to do it daily. I kno I didnt have any issues. I do not know if it could cause any issues to anyone else. I did tell my doc that i got one cuz i was goin crazy wondering.

@madukes yea that's one of the reasons I wanna get it. Is It harmful to the baby to use it often?

I got one and it meant eeeeverything to me. Every single time I felt like something was wrong I used it and my nerves were instantly calmed. Btw I didnt use it everyday nor every week. I feel that just because I actually had one to use, right in arms reach made me feel better.

@maya...... I almost got one several times each pregnancy because I've had so many mis carriages but when it came down to it I rather not spend since it wasn't necessary, always talked myself out of it lol

Agggh. I wanna get one but i don't wanna obsess over it and use it everyday🙃 lol

I decided not to get one with every pregnancy just to look forward to my doctors appointments 😊

I do. I used it a lot before I could feel her movements. Now I still use it here and there if she hasn’t been moving so much.

I do. It was worth it for me because with my daughter, they wanted to admit me every month to check her heart rate. I could just do it at home with it. Also, eased my mind this pregnancy with all the complications
