So i am having some wine for the first time and i am breastfeeding hiw long once I have the last sip of wine until I can breastfeed again? I only plan to have like 2 glasses

What @ashleydunn said. Your alcohol percentage is your BAC. If your BAC is .08, your milk has .08% alcohol in it. If you want to wait til you're at 0, download a BAC tracking app. You put in your weight and what drink you're having. It'll let you know when you're at 0.
Safe to drive safe to feed. Very little traces of alcohol actually get into the breastmilk

I am into my 15 week now
But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less
Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though
What should i do i am very confused
Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec
Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights

Am I the only one thinking about that first sip of wine/liquor they are allowed to have again after the baby is born?? well Im breastfeeding so I gotta wait!! dammit!!😞😢
