Always try to keep your expectations on people around you as low as possible. Otherwise there's a high risk you get disappointed and mad 😡 ... I'm still trying to learn that.

@0711_sandra, yeah because of that bond you’ll find hope sneaking in. but the other half of low expectations is learning how to not feel too down when folks still disappoint you

@lavender13 that's right. But it is a slow learning process. I'm jealous of some people who can handle stupid people so much easier. Most of us woman tend to overthink everything, as myself. And i hate that. I want a piece of that cake called " I don't give a s...."
