Been having constant lower back pain all day long, nothing helps.. could it be back labor? What should I do??

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

Woken up to the worse back pains ever I had to get on all fours for it do it but it keeps coming back😩😣and it hurts to walk😩

Sounds like back labor. Time them see if they are consistent and 3-5 minutes apart lasting 1 minute OR you can just into labor and delivery and they will check and decide for you like I did! Lol
