So my sister has a controlling, abusive(occasionally physically but mostly emotionally) boyfriend and she tried to break up with him and he said no and he wasn’t leaving. I am really proud of her for sticking with it and she wants to kick him out of her apartment tomorrow but doesn’t know how... he isn’t on the lease. What is the best way to go about this?

- Unfortunately.. Do you have proof of that ? Medical bills, photographs ?

- Then legally in the state of Texas you are required to give him written notice of eviction.. calling the cops won’t work, we can’t do anything if he’s paid bills. That makes him technically a tenant. So your sister needs to write him a 30 day notice.. And maybe she can stay with you during that..

If he’s not on the lease I’d tell her to call the police and explain that she doesn’t feel safe. My best friend had to do this, the police officers helped him move his crap out of her house while she watched from inside. Then she filed a restraining order against him.
@jingle_belles yup. This. Have her write a letter to vacate. You or another adult serve the letter and give him the necessary notice. If he gets violent immediately call the police.
Seeing how he isn’t on the lease and they technically broke up he is trespassing if she don’t want him there. I’d call the police

Ok, so my friend is wanting to get pregnant but..... Her fiancé does not want kids, at lease for another 3-5 years he said... so she came up with the idea to have me pee on a stick for her and show it to him so that he’ll be comfortable with not wearing a condom and finishing in her.. basically the whole idea is to make him think she’s pregnant already...... so I do this favor for her or should I tell my girl to chill?

And it broke my heart. Her dad dropped her off tonight from his weekend and she wouldn't let go of him. He made no effort to help and I had no idea she was that strong. I had to peel her off him as she tried her best to hold on and she cried and screamed. He left and she just kept crying for him. Did anyone see that video a dad posted on his daughters FB page? He saw a post she made where she bashed her parents and cursed them, called them lazy and told them they should pay her for stuff she did around the house... So he called her out on it and put the video on her page!! Sorry if I missed a post already about this already, but I just saw the video and IT WAS AWESOME!!! Hahahhaa!
How do you help someone whose been the victim of domestic violence? My best friends husband was abusive. He beat the crap out of her multiple times until the very last time when he almost killed her and I called the cops in her town because she wasn’t going to. She left him, but he keeps trying to weezle his way back in. This morning he arrived with a police escort to get the rest of his stuff from the apartment. There is a TPO in place.
