@november.01 I went to the ob and he gave me zoloft hopefully that will help me . And I will try and see if I can find more help or a group. And thanks mama ♡
@momofmonsters2, you should , it really helps . I had a loss last year and my life was so dark I had to . I wasn't eating much . Sweaty palms & feet , I did not sleep & strong heads aches . I told my primary doc and they referred me to one . I got some sleeping pills along w some low dose antidepressants and I felt way better . Good luck hun I know the feeling 😞

@momofmonsters2, yes it helped tons. I was doing really bad & it lifted me up from that hole I felt I was in 🙌🏾
