Sooo im 39 weeks 3days and baby boy wont budge....what can I do to give him a boost? Im 3 in a half cm dilated

Sex, bounce on a ball, walk walk walk. Those are your best and safest options. At least you're dilating though. When I was 39 weeks with my son I wasn't dilated at all and nothing was happening very quickly so I ended up getting induced a few days after my due date.

Sex lots and lots of sex try being on top you have to be as active as possible and try to do it a little rough than usual not too much though and lots of walking try walking up and down a hill a couple times

@donjanea_luv, girl I thought the same thing 😂😂lol just have him lay flat and make sure you comfortable or you could try backshots that definitely would help open your cervix a little have u dilated any ?

@donjanea_luv well it didn't go as well as I wanted to but I think it had a lot to do with the fact that my son was just stubborn as hell and he had a big head that was crooked too... I was induced on the 18th of January 2016 and he wasn't born until 10:53pm the next night. They couldn't get me to dilate very fast and I eventually only made it to 9.5cm but because my son's head was crooked I couldn't have him naturally. So I ended up getting a C-section. My whole birth plan went out the window 😑

@donjanea_luv it's different for each person though.. it could go smoother for you if that had to be the outcome but you're already dilating so I don't think you need to worry too much.

I gave birth at 39+3. I was only 1cm for weeks and had no indication that he was coming any time soon. Then BAM! Contractions started coming out of nowhere and I gave birth 6 hours later. Hang in there mama! He's coming! ❤

@chasha2017 sounds sooo goood girl ...i been having serious tightening contractions my mucus plug has been coming out i feel peessure all signs pointing

I walked all day shopping , went home around 4 had sex , then bounced on my ball by 6:30-7:00pm I had my first contraction! She was born at 1:12am and that was after the dr had just told me the day before that my cervix was high and I'd have to be induced a week late probably!! There's always hope girl !
