Ugh my 4th period since having Zachary and I’m in agony the pain it’s like I’m in labour they’ve been like this the last 4 periods now....does it ease off soon or is this what there gunna be like always? I take feminax and herbal teas help and heat pad but I’m so heavy and it’s so painful I had to yell at my bf to grab my cup of tea as I was leaked over in agony whilst I was holding my tea ....😢

Anyone else suffering after having had a baby? Zachary is 4 months old now...
