I’m confused. I heard ur not suppose to eat or drink anything b4 ur glucose test but than my doc said I can. Which one is it?

You can basically eat anything you normally would do throughout the day. When I did mine I ate a sandwich, chips, and had a Mountain Dew and I passed it. Or in other words if your going to fail, you’ll fail even if you do or don’t eat

You can, but it’s suggested not to eat any sugary foods, even foods with natural sugars such as fruit. Try eggs, toast, bacon, stuff like that.
