You can basically eat anything you normally would do throughout the day. When I did mine I ate a sandwich, chips, and had a Mountain Dew and I passed it. Or in other words if your going to fail, you’ll fail even if you do or don’t eat

@theinkedmommy, dam ok. Well I didn’t have time to eat b4 school so I’m eating a chicken/cheese wrap someone gave me.

You can, but it’s suggested not to eat any sugary foods, even foods with natural sugars such as fruit. Try eggs, toast, bacon, stuff like that.
