They aren't putting you on meds to avoid that? I've been told I dont get a choice(because I haven't had an outbreak in 6 years) I have to go on meds the last month according to my dr to make sure I stay clear

@xchas I Was Born With It But I Have Had A Couple Since I've Been Prego, and he doesn't believe in medication for that , he said if it came down to that he would have me in his office everyday to make sure I was okay.

@18deirfield oh my...that sounds like the craziest thing I've heard come out of a doctor. I personally don't like medication but if theres something out there that will help to keep you OUT of an operating room I feel like that should at least be an option. I hope for the very best for you girl.
