I get scabs inside my nose during the winter because my nose gets so dry that it cracks on the inside and one of the scabs was bugging me so I used tweezers to pull it off and that was a HUGE mistake. It hurts to breathe through that nostril now and it burns so bad. God why am I so dumb?! 😭

Rub a little bit of unscented vaseline. I had to do it because my nose gets so dry and itches a ton and hurts. Don’t glob the Vaseline in there. Just rub it on the walls of your nostrils

I get that, too. :/ I just try to keep neosporen (sp?) on it at all times.

Also saline spray, and a humidifier in your bedroom will help! I get nasty nose bleeds when the weather is cold !
