I'm so not used to my baby spitting up. He didn't start spitting up until like 4 or 5 days ago and sometimes it's such a large amount it worries me so much. I feel so bad every time he spits up. I wish I could make it stop.

It happens. I think it's their way of regulating if they overeat and air bubbles force the excess out. My son stopped spitting up around 3m. Used so many burp rags when he was little lol

I'm thinking it may be dairy. I don't eat much dairy and it started once I ate a large amount of ice cream and I had a large cup of hot cocoa yesterday and today he's been extra gassy and spitting up a lot.

@damiensmommy1117 yep that could definitely be it. My son is severely allergic to dairy. I couldn't even have salad dressing while I was nursing lol. Cut you dairy and see if that helps! It takes 2 weeks to fully get out of your system, so it may take a few days to see any results
