My daughter has eczema she is 4 years old. I tried almost everything and nothing seems to work. Does any of your kids has eczema? And what do you guys use in your kids?

@karlag9, dermatologists are better than their normal doctors. At one point he had he everywhere but now it’s usually around his chest or behind his knees.

@amouryaya09, I haven’t but next time I take her to the doctor I’m going to ask him to refer me to one. Where does your son gets the eczema? My daughter gets it on her legs and elbows. She behind her kneels is always red and her legs they look like spots.

@karlag9, have you visited a dermatologist yet? The only thing that helps my son at night was the meds. It helped to break the habit during the day.

@karlag9, yeah that’s how my son is when he sleeps! When he was younger they would give him an oral medication that would stop the sensation to itch but it makes him sleepy.

@amouryaya09, yes I been using that. The hydrocortisone helps a lot but the fact that she keeps scratching when she is at school doesn’t help.

My sons was really bad so we used hydrocortisone prescribed. Then during the day we use cetaphil moisturizing cream.
