Advice on how to nicely tell my in laws that my son has a routine and that I don’t him to be kissed without being rude? My husband doesn’t have the balls to say anything.

It's flu season. Tell them hand sanitizer and no kisses are your rules. He's only 2 months old!

@gracelynnsmama, they’re coming and staying here for two weeks and I’m panicking because he’s doing so good with his routine and don’t want to throw him off. She said today for us not to take him away from her but I’m like I have too because he always takes naps at the same time and he’s BF so I need too.
I asked my husband to tell them no kisses because I don’t want him to be sick but he said I’m being annoying.

You just need to step in and take him away for his routine. When my son was born, people kept taking him from me and telling me what they thought was wrong and I was really shy and upset. My MIL was like “fuck no” took my baby from them and gave him back to me and I went upstairs. He’s your baby, you don’t have to ask to have YOUR baby.
As for the kissing, I just TOLD everyone to wash their hands before holding him and said no mouths anywhere on his body, no kissing, and no putting fingers and toes in their mouth. If they don’t agree, they can’t hold him and if they are holding him and do it anyway, take him away.

You gotta let the mama bear out! Tell them no! My daughter is a year old and with the holidays I'm not afraid to tell ppl no kisses and hand sanitizer. I used to be the one who made fun of my brother in law for this. Now that I'm a mom; I totally get it!
