Your fullness should go away in a couple of days. It's not long at all. Take Ibuprofen as well for the swelling. But you don't want to quit all of a sudden if you can help it. It can cause mastitis. You ideally want to wean off of feeding.
Don't pump or empty them. Use cold packs for discomfort. Peppermint tea and sage tea will decrease production. Peppermint oil rubbed on breasts. If you get too uncomfortable then hand express a little.

you'll leak for awhile and they'll get super hard before they go down and stop producing all together but u just have to stop

How long do u think it takes? A week maybe before they get back to normal?

Don't use the pump. It's gonna suck for a while but you gotta get through it. Many women swear by cold cabbage leaves in your bra too!

Like pump an ounce? They get so big and sore. I havent tried cold stuff. I just bouggt breast pads for leaking. Tired of going through clothes.
