Happens too me at work all the time lol I gotta go sit for a while or bring huge bottle of water with lemon

@boymom_ I actually just grabbed a bottled water 😂 so hopefully that helps! And I am in my 20 weeks so maybe it's just the time period and getting use to more weight?? Idk

@sylvia_biddle it happened to me in stores, my kids freak out lol my doctor just says drink more water . . I get hot and foggy, handy happened much lately tho mostly in my 20wks
