Your supply will be affected mama. Talk to your employer. There are laws that allow you to take a 15-20 minute break to pump ever 2-3 hours.

@michieguc, as long as you keeo giving her when you get home i believe you should be okay. If you see a change in your supply then I'd suggest you ask your manager to giv you another pump break

A day? No it will dry out. One day I didn't give my baby bm & honestly my supply went way down.
