@jeanetta25 I got mine shortly after having my boy, I haven't had any periods and so far so good but I've been noticing that my joint pains and blindness (which I had prior to using birth control and being pregnant) have been getting worse, specially my blindness and, since I have to force my eyes to focus, I get a lot of headaches. So I'm not sure if it is Nexplanon or just me finally going blind since most of my family have become blind in their 20's.
I just had mines removed 3 weeks ago I been on it since I had my daughter 10 months ago . And it was nothing but hell for me . I bled for 8 months straight every day for month 9 I had a 3 week long period . I cramped and was nauseous every single day and had back pains . Since I had it removed 3 weeks ago I haven't felt sick or anything but I've been still cramping nonstop and In pain I went to the er 2 days ago and found out that the birthcontrol caused me to grow a large cyst on my right ovary . They know it's from
That because I didn't have one prior and having cyst is one of the MANY side effects of it . They said as my body gets rid of the hormones and rebalance itself back out it should start to shrink . But for now I'm just in pain and have to take pain meds to deal 😑same thins happened to my friend !! We both removed ours the very same day at planned parenthood
