Not sure if very painful Braxton Hicks or actual contractions 🤔 very painful cramping in my stomach that last 5-10 seconds about every 1-2 minutes for about 30 minutes. It’ll go away for about an hour then it’s back at the same pace. Babies move a lot between the cramping but not during the hour stretch. Been happening since 130am and I just want a nap 😭

@kkmamax3, I hate water lol too much makes me feel sick so I munch ice all day. With my son I only drank soda and never had bh. But this time being twins it’s way different.
@marinarose, girl you need way more than that! That’s why you are having BH.. you need at least 96 oz a day..
I've started counting contractions for the last half n hour. They are 4 minutes apart lasting a min long but not very painful.
Contractions every ten minutes and they are consistent and getting stronger just started about a hour ago
This may be stupid but....how long do contractions last for? I keep having period cramps and lower back pain but it lasts like 3 minutes each time.
I'm havin some contractions that are about 20 minutes apart and lasting 3 minutes. It's been pretty consistent for almost 2 hours. Is this the beginning of labor? My doctor said if I had 6 in an hour to go to L&D but I only had 4 in an hour. I'm 32 weeks with twins.
Yesterday was quite hard with the cramps but I did manage to get a couple of hours sleep in. Midwives said only to come in when the pain intensifies over time and they didn't. She also expects them to be every 4 minutes apart. Surely that's too short since apparently second labour can escalate quickly?
@marinarose, I know water sucks, you don’t want a dry birth.. it’s horribleeeee!
