Active mommies! When did everyone start going to the gym? Im 14 weeks and im still nervous to start going, but im getting cellulite in places i never have before so.. 😩

You can also do at home workouts, I’ve been doing air squats, lunges, Side leg raises, walking and yoga. Still got cellulite in places I’ve never had it before, but I atleast feel healthier.

If you're not used to going just start slow. Otherwise, start at any time

With my previous pregnancies I never stopped. With this one I had complications and now nausea from hell, but I went in the beginning and still go on days where I'm not dying.
