I’m 38 weeks and 4 days pregnant with my 2nd and baby’s head has been down since I was 36 weeks and last time I was checked I was at 1cm and for two weeks I’ve been having diarrhea and tonight I’m having some pressure in my low abdomen and feeling heartburn and really nauseous what could this mean ?
My significant other hasn’t been to one appt. am I crazy for being bothered about it? I’m already depressed I’m having another baby. I didn’t even want anymore. I feel like I don’t have the support I need.
I been asked all day if I’m having twins since I’m gone be 4 months

I am so upset! Went for my 33 week checkup and they told me I have 2 stds! I have not been with anyone other than my sons dad and he says he has been faithful to me I have been crying all morning!
Hey I’m Ciera me and my boyfriend have been trying to conceive with no luck we’ve been recently tracking my cycle and when I ovulate we think we may have a baby on the way I was wondering what early symptoms you can feel before you take a test my Brest are heavy and sore and I just know I’m pregnant but the test are negative with the help of other moms I can know if maybe I’m testing too early or if I’m just over thinking. Sounds like possible early labor signs. The pressure is probably from baby actually engaging into your pelvis. Baby may have been head down, but the pressure usually comes when they lower themselves into your pelvis, preparing for birth. Nausea and diarrhea are usually signs your body is preparing for delivery, although not a sure sign that labor is imminent.
