I’m 38 weeks and 4 days pregnant with my 2nd and baby’s head has been down since I was 36 weeks and last time I was checked I was at 1cm and for two weeks I’ve been having diarrhea and tonight I’m having some pressure in my low abdomen and feeling heartburn and really nauseous what could this mean ?

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Sounds like possible early labor signs. The pressure is probably from baby actually engaging into your pelvis. Baby may have been head down, but the pressure usually comes when they lower themselves into your pelvis, preparing for birth. Nausea and diarrhea are usually signs your body is preparing for delivery, although not a sure sign that labor is imminent.
