I put aloe on maxi pads and froze them then lined it with witch hazel wipes and sat with that. It made me feel alot better

they didn't give you an inflatable donut at the hospital? should get one. 😏 also the numbing spray the blue can, the red can burns. also sleeping with a pillow between your legs. the water bottle I always filled with warm water. I liked crushed ice packs.

@dobbbbi478 I just used regular aloe the kind you would put on sun burns they sell it at walmart and walgreens

@dobbbbi478 make sure to put a generous amount on the pad that way it freezes good. It will help and its good for healing
