Rub breastmilk on it everyday, 3xs a day. It should clear it right up. Worked for my baby girl

It's just baby acne. It doesn't hurt baby and perfectly normal ☺ like the ladies said, breastmilk and adding your milk to her bath water (just enough to make the water cloudy) will be perfect. It will go away.

Just looks like baby acne, lots of babies get it.. my 1st had it for a short time

My baby has it also. It disappears and comes back.
